I'm a small town California woman with a big desire to help people get unstuck and refresh and refocus on living the life they dream of.

I am a  Certified Professional Life Coach and artist with a focus on YOU... creating the abundance, freedom and balance you want in your life.  Before becoming a full-time coach, advisor, teacher and mentor, I spent the final 10 years of my career as an executive in charge of administrative operations at a small public agency in Silicon Valley. Before that I was a human resources practitioner.
